The best standard reference to Leica accessories of all sorts can be bought from our LHSA friend Jim Lager in Closter NJ. Call him at his phone number or fax him and you can order his book "Leica--An Illustrated History, Volume III--Accessories" in either a regular hardcover or deluxe leather bound edition. (I don't post his phone number but can email you privately the details.)
