Has anyone ever heard of a "Bower TK-79" exposure meter?

There's a company called Bower that puts its name on a whole bunch of photo stuff from filters to the 21 and 28mm LTM lenses sold under the Avenon and Kobalux names as well. If that's the same company then it's someone else's meter re-labeled. If you can post a link to a picture of it maybe one of us will recognize it.
