yep. they are great salespeople. i bought my new M6 last dec. 1 (leica day -- additional 10% off!) and the meter was overexposing by at least 2 stops! i called Bob Gramegna (my salesman) the following monday and he never hesitated about telling me to have the camera exchanged for a new one...although he found it hard to believe that the camera was off 2 stops...i understand him because i couldn't believe it myself, either...

so i went down there last night (dec. 6)...and Bob was attending to another customer so Rob Passman assisted me...and yes, the camera was off by close to 3 stops according to him! then and there, he took the defective camera and gave me a new one...of course we tested that the meter was ok before i went home happy and excited like a little girl receiving her first barbie doll...

these guys are great!
