prayer request

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Country Families : One Thread

Hello, all:

I don't often appear here - I lurk mostly, but enjoy the messages and the general attitude here -not as combative as the original.

Well, I figured that ya'll might not mind a prayer request. Not for me, but for a couple who are cornerstones in our little church. Howard just got brought back to the hospital via the ambulance and his wife is just a mess about it all. Howard is in grave condition, having suffered several heartattacks and can't withstand the bypass surgery, and we're not sure just where God's direction is in all this.

We are all praying that God's will be done, and that He knows what is best. We humans have a difficult time when the Lord taps another's shoulder to come home, even though we know it's a better place than here. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. All will be well, and all will be well and all manner of things will be well... God Bless All.

To all who lifted Howard and his wife, Jimmie Lynn, in your prayers, thank you. He is now resting in a far better place. Please keep his wife and family in your prayers during this painful time. Thank you and God Bless.
