Hi

I have a Canon 220EX flash. I use it with my Canon Rebel 2000. I am now planning to go for a 420 EX or greater models. Could any one tell me what is the major difference between these models? Is it usefull to buy a new 420EX and trade off my old 220EX?

The biggest differences are the 420EX adds a flash head that zooms to match your lens length and that also tilts & swivels for bouncing off walls & ceilings. The 420EX is also more powerful and can be used as a wireless slave in conjunction with a 550EX. The only other differences worth mentioning are size and price.
