I have a burnt out, recently purchased, quantum qb1 battery. the thing worked great till i plugged it in without disconnecting it from the flash, whilst it was switched on. who does repairs for these things? just to find out if it's even worth it.

The service at Quantum is great. I would recommend that you ship the battery to them.
