Overcast and cool here at my domian. No wind noticed as I looked outside. Ole Cavin is inside the house doin what he/she/it does---rest and sleep! This weekend is deer season for shotgunners and it's noticable. The boom boom boomin of those shotguns gets unnervin after awhile but that's ok I guess. Those pesky nuisances's need to be thinned out a mite. I wished they tasted like beef!

I'll be batchin again startin Sunday. Lil Dumplins bus has been fixed and she'll have to leave Sunday to make her Monday AM appointments. She's been off work for over two weeks and it was really nice to have her around the house. Well anyhow--don't believe it's back to spam or anything like that for me and old calvin. Boneless chicken breast along with noodles or mixed up with veggies [chicken gruel] will work quite nicely. We have almost completely stopped eatin pork and beef around here and have'nt really missed it very much. Too much fat and grease causes colon cancer the "big wigs" say and I tend to believe it. It also works on the cardiovascular system too. Either one will kill a person if left untreated. I've been treated by the Master Physican and am in good shape now! Didn't cost me a dime, was painless and will last a lifetime! Can't beat that at all. Best of all I get to tell others all about it!

The economy is supposed to be on the rocks according to the news folks. I'm not swayed by the economy because I don't buy into it. Check out Luke 6:38 and 3 John 1:2--5. for the reasons. I haven't noticed any difference in my financial status except that blessings just keep coming our way. I'm not more special than anybody--what He has done for me He will do for ya'll.

Stay warm folks, go past and visit some old folks. Nursing homes are full of old lonely people. They surely would like to have visitors. You'll be blessed for doin it too!

I'm glad your eating well, Hoot and doing well. I want you to know I'm taking a bunch of young'uns caroling at the Nursing Home Tuesday week, and again the next week some homemakers and I are getting up some stuff to put in stockings for them-we got together week before Thanksgiving to sew up a bunch of pretty stockings. My heart goes out to folks who are in nursing home. You stay warm.
