first thing is poor circulation, tingles in my legs and feet, more so than in the hands. sharp pain keeps "pricking" at the small of my back more on the left side. I see be "spaces" in the blood cell, don't know what this means...this is what I see in the blood....(Lots of the red fluid, and i can seel red blood cells, but more of a "clear" (emptycell)??? I have no idea what this means....but the more I try to figure it out the more I get light headed.... wonder if it is either high blood pressure of too much or little oxygen in the blood.

I am getting conderned here on the left artery of the neck/head. I hopr he has an appt with a dr. soon. I feel like some blockage in that artery.

Is this any better?

if you have more questions on this 66 male, just state the question here or e-mail me.

ALL of it is relevant except we weren't aware of the neck artery so I have told him about it for his next doctor appointment. He is the John Wayne type tho, wouldn't rush in to check on it right away (argh).

>>tingles in my legs and feet<<

Wow, he just got of the hospital last week, after being there for a month, (was supposed to be there for 2 days) after the kidney stone surgery - because his LEGS & FEET swelled up the size of watermelons and he could not walk!!!!! They say this is due to blood clots which is another long story... He is home now, swelling has gone way down and he is walking but with difficulty.

Pain in back, yup! Hopefully this will go away when they remove the tube and the hole heals.

The blood, I don't understand either. Yes, he is on medication for high blood pressure but it has been under control for a long while. He had a 911 from the rehab hospital back to emergency a couple of weeks ago because the tube in his back was gushing mass quantities of blood. They transfused him with a lot of blood. They do have a nurse that comes out to the house every few days to draw blood. I was under the impression it was to keep tabs on the blood thinner he takes. He now has a titanium filter installed to filter the clots. That and taking the blood thinner is for the rest of his life.

Try not to ever get a kidney stone, and if you do, be sure you have a really on the ball urologist that takes care of it quickly. Richard was a very strong healthy man 6 months ago when this started. (The doctor did say to drink lemonade as it helps keep the stones from forming somehow)

You have covered it all that I know of (except for Richards stubborn streak

Thank you again for taking this trouble for perfect strangers I will post me and the 5 year old shortly, if it isn't too much trouble (how many of these can you handle??). No urgent need there, unless you see something. Not much worry of absorbing pain from either one, not like from Richard.

I am off to post a quicky in another of your topics, aspartame.

Sue (too)
