Consett's brave Steelmen won their first match of the season on Wednesday (lucky 13) to lift themselves off the bottom of the Albany Northern League First Division. Consett tonked Billingham Town (aka Smoggies Minor) 5-2 in a tremendous game at Belle Vue Park.

See, if these lovely lads can break a losing streak like that, the Toon can break their Toon hoodoooooo. Mebbes.

Doog - How are Tow Law getting on - my Dad comes from their and they wear B&W strips. Many memories from watching them.
