There's a lot of good stuff in the interview about our youth teams and so on as well as how he got to his current lofty position. A couple of things that stood out are a conversation he had with Ruud Gullit about the derby game and whether it stands comparison with the Milan and Old Firm derbies and also about Keegan who, he said, did very little actual coaching and his belief that, had we got in a new coach in the twelve point season, we'd have won the title.
