When and if you feel up to it, I would appreciate a body scan for myself. I am a 54yr old female - no problems or illnesses except degenerative arthritis in my neck and blood pressure that is a little higher than it should be (and of course, aches and pains of being a bit older than I like to think I am.)

I really enjoy your site and have learned some very interesting things here. I realize that I should have thanked you long ago.

Re: SARO - If you have a chance -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WElcome Duchess...I almost sent you a Private email, but you didn't have it on in your profile!!!

I have such good feelings every time I see your name...and I feel like I should "know" you.

ok, if you have lurked, you know I can be off, and I can "pick up others"...but here goes.....

I feel first a "funny tummy" the feeling I get for Irritable bowel syndrome, or nervous tummy. Not a real health concern at this time, as long as you watch your food intake.

I feel you are like everyone's mother...many come to you for your great wisdom...only, sometimes, it brings you down emotionaly and then you suffer physically.

you must learn to let your faith control you...you have a lot of faith, and you are able to help others see the bright lining, only you FORGET it is there for you, too! Silly girl!!!!!

I feel my toes and fingers tend to stiffen and ache, I am not sure what gout is, but I am getting the word :gout".

You tend to carry alot of tension in your shoulders and neck, and this leads to migraines at times. and I do see something that needs attention in the right eye..(I may have that reversed) but I feel like "foggy" or detached retina, or something...sorry, I don't know what, I just get a "feeling" to be aware of the eye. (Heck...it could be you have one green eye and one blue eye!!!) I do feel very stongly to tell you to watch bloodsugars and test for diabetes...Hmmmm does that run in the family....I think you don't have it, but to be careful and watchfull. if this is not you, it can be someone close to you.

please let me know how I did...and if you have questions. Again..so glad you posted.

NOW...you get your self to the welcome gardens..ya hear??? so we all can welcome you proper!!!!! Thank you so much. I do have irritable bowel syndrome - bothers me on and off depending on what I eat. I've always had a low blood sugar problem, again, I just watch how and what I eat. My husband does have diabetes, adult onset. He also has gout.

It's way past time for an eye exam, thanks for the reminder. My husband complains that I don't worry enough since I am always sure that everything will turn out okay one way or another, and you are really right about me mothering every one - I have always adopted all strays, kids and animals alike. As requested, on my way to the welcome garden. Sorry about the email - it's included in profile now.

Thanks again, Kari SAR01 ezOP Posts: 5110 (8/4/01 12:30:38 am) Reply | Edit | Del Community Supporter

Re: SARO - If you have a chance -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ((((Kari))))) hugs...thank you so much for the verification...as you know, I never know how I "hit" untill your reply!

I have a feeling your husband is going to change something with the diabetes..as I see him taking less meds, and feeling much better.....of course this will be with a drs. supervision. But it's like he'll "get a bit better" Inner Connections duchess47 Registered User Posts: 4 (8/4/01 2:33:49 am) Reply | Edit | Del Re: SARO - If you have a chance -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You're right you know, I do feel I know you -

I have finally gotten my husband to diet a little, sort of a modified weight watcher type thing and he's really excited that he has lost some weight so easily. I think that will help his health a lot. His best friend got into it too, so they are both comparing waist lines and diet ideas. Gotta love it

Take care, Kari
