I wonder if there are any suprises in terms of who is Kansas eligible? The criteria is, I think, that you've lived in Kansas for three months. So, I guess it wouldn't even have to be continuous. Maybe Sharon Crawford has spent enough nights in Kansas to have totalled three months (she's been to a number of O' meets in the state, visited Dick and Nancy's house, and may even have visited relatives in Kansas)?
