Do You Remember Any of Your Past Lives?

Do you remember any of your past lives or has someone told you about any of them? I don’t recall any that I am aware of, except maybe in dreams I may have had a glimpse or two without realizing it.

A funny thing with me is ever since I can remember I always said “I should be a lawyer!” I even remember saying that as a young child. Well, don’t you know that a spiritual advisor told me that I was a lawyer in my most recent past life! Yep, about 100 years ago, she told me I was a man and a lawyer living in Illinois! Go figure! I have also been told briefly about a few others that make sense to me as well.

Anyone else???

kona ---------------------- LEW Thanks for this topic, and the answer is YES. There are several that I do remember and then there has been also times that I have had several past life readings. It is also so very interesting.

Several that I do remember is that I was in the Revolutionary War it seems. Have some memories on this and have dreamed of this. Also on several past lives was Native American. This does not surprise me the least. I have had numerous dejavu experiences concerning my Native American past lives.

One of the most profound dejavu experiences was when I was on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in Montana. This was the first time that I had ever been there. In this life, I have always been very fond of the Cheyenne to say the least. When I got onto the reservation, instantly felt so very much at home. But then Yellowstone could of been a million miles away, I WAS HOME! Later went to the cemetery and I cried like a baby. Several different reading have said that I was a Native American woman in the last life.

Thanks for the post and will try to be back later. Creator Bless! ------------------------------ have memories of lifetimes, as a young girl taken to a nunnery in holland after my mother died, I was raised by an ordered that taken vows of silence.....I died at 28 from tb.

I remember very vididly being a huge black man strapped to a wooden box in a belly of a slave ship, died as a result from blow to the head.

I remember a lifetime as Timmothy Pinkerton, was shot in the face in the Civil war.....at age 17. The bullut was meant for someone else, but the aim thingie was off.

I remember being a wife in the time of Jesus...and left my husband and 3 small children to follow Him as He roamed the lands. Was kill by my husband who tracked me down.

I have more...but these are memories with no hypnotsis. Sar01

Thanks for sharing that with us Lone Eagle Woman! I wish I could remember some of my past lives, but I guess I don’t have any recall for a reason.

I was also told that I lived at least one previous live as a Native American. That does not surprise me since I am very drawn to their culture.

I know how you felt when visiting the reservation. I felt the same way the first time I visited the Hawaiian Island of Kauai! I even saw a part of the Island in a dream before I visited there. Don’t think it was a past life recognition, because what I saw in the dream was in modern time. One spiritual advisor told me right off that I had lived a live in ancient Hawaii. SAR, we were posting at the same time! I’m kinda glad I don’t have any recall after reading your post. That’s amazing you can remember so much. I do believe there is a reason for you to remember those experiences in this life. It may somehow be able to help you now.

Thanks everyone for sharing. WOW, What Experiences! Saro, that must be interesting to have such recollection. I myself get dejavu's and other experiences myself.

As for some of my Native American pastlives. The life of a Native American woman did not end pretty. I myself have deep remembrances whenever I get close to a group of teepees and such. As for myself cannot travel much on the plains states much. It usually brings such incredible sadness to me just to begin to think how it is not the same so I avoid the plains for my own sanity. Also there are connections with the Southwest - with the Anazazi culture, etc. In several of them was a medicine type of person. There was also an remembrance I have of being a old man in some of the Eastern Tribes like the Delaware Indians at the time when the white people were just coming to the area. There was an iron pot and family and life was good and we traded with the whites. It seems like I was the story teller for the group. For myself have been Native American on several occasions.

There is also with me some connections with Ancient Egypt and the old Roman Empire. I have been interested in these times also since little and some of the reading focused on the lives I lived in these time periods. In the Roman Empire, at sometime was a Christian and was seemingly martyred for the faith.

It seems as if the time when I was in the Revolutionary War was up in the New England States. This whole time period has always so interested and attracted me. My dream on this onetime, I was a soldier during the war on a road up like in Massachusetts.

I know we are all different but also all human. In so many of these past lives, I can still see and sense these old energies within me and by focusing on these energies things after awhile come to the surface of my mind when I am quiet. This is just me, but do think that understanding our past lives helps us today in our present lives. But it is always so interesting when someone gives me a past life reading and it is just like how I feel and think. Creator Bless!

past lives...I have been told I lived in Ireland in the 1800's..nothing more specific..I do enjoy Irish music, the countrym traditions and always have been facinated by it.Other then that I have absolutely no dejavue experiences, but then I have never been to Ireland. The only thing that does happen once in a while is that I seem to slide into some Irish lingo, especially when I laugh and am in good spirits. I had a reoccuring dream for many years, which started in my teens. The whole dream is in an odd sepia color and I am standing in line with many others in uniform with a parachute on my back..I remember being shorter than I am now and a definite feeling of dread as the time to board the plane approaches. The dream always stops right when I lift my foot and get in the plane. The time might be approximately WWII. A highly interesting subject and I wished there would be more to find out. Thanks for opening it.

Hello...I don't have a lot of specifics, but I am certain I knew Vincent Van Gogh. I believe I posed for him and he painted me. I do not recollect a whole lot of specifics, but I became quite obsessed with him in high school (30+ years ago). I read books about him, I even tried to paint him from a self-portrait of himself! After a few years of that, I came across a book on his painting. I turned to a page and there I was!!! I mean, it looked as though I had posed for the picture. I never considered that we would come back looking like we did in another lifetime, but there I was. And needless to say, my house is full of framed prints of his.

I was also told that I was a Civil War soldier and did not die then, but I did lose a leg and carried the "wound" with me into other lives (there couldn't have been that many though since then). That didn't necessarily resonate with me, but I don't argue it either.

Oh, there is one neat experience I had a few years ago...almost forgot.

I met a guy and started dating him (first date I had since my husband passed about 3 years before that). So, I was really a nervous wreck...dating at 46 years old! I didn't even like dating at 18 years old. Anyhow...

I started having this "vision" of he and I grabbing on to each other by the hand/arms. It was like a "life and death" thing...grabbing on for life or death. I started getting really obsessed about this and wondering why these flashes kept occurring. And also, every time I ran into him or we had a date, I'd start shaking inside. At first I thought it was just the dating jitters, but even I knew my level of nervousness was beyond the dating thing. I even lost 20 lbs. during the short time we dated...that's how nervous I was. So, finally, I contacted my medium. Well, she took me back to around the turn of the century (I guess, from the description of the clothes). I was with a boy named Stevie White and we were young, as in children. We were walking across a frozen lake and ta-da! I fell in! He "reached his hand out to grab me." THAT'S WHERE THE IMAGE KEPT COMING FROM WHEN I WOULD SEE US REACHING OUT OUR HANDS/ARMS TO GRAB EACH OTHER. The Medium did not know if I died or not. My hunch is I did, and that's why I would start shaking and getting way too nervous around him...we had "trust" issues in our short adult relationship that occurred just a few years ago (during the time we dated) and I figured that was also from me not being able to trust the situation because he had "already let me go once." I hope I wrote that so it's easy to understand. Even after we stopped dating, it took me a long time to be able to see him (even in passing) without shaking inside.

Anyhow, that's my experiences.

God Bless. Mary Ellen
