Refrigerator Fruit Cake

6 cups fine graham cracker crumbs 1 cup diced candied pineapple (mixed colors) 1 cup candied red cherries 1 box (15 0z) golden seedless raisins 1 cup chopped dates 1 quart broken pecans (yes, a quart) 1.5 cups chopped English walnuts 1 cup chopped figs 1 can (4 oz) flaked coconut 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of undiluted evaporated milk 0.5 cup corn syrup 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate 2 tablespoons rum flavoring

Combine first 12 ingredients in a LARGE bowl. Heat evap. milk to lukewarm. Combine milk, syrup, OJ, and flavoring. Add to mixture and mix well. Be very sure no dry ingredients remain.

Line a 9 X 13" cake pan with wax paper. PACK cake mixture into pan. Pan may seem too small, just keep packing. Mixture will be sticky.

Store in fridge at least 2 days before cutting.
