Article in today's paper on hiring at Saturn. Applications were taken today. Minimum qualifications are high school graduation or GED and three years experience in manufacturing. An expected 2,000 applications for 200 temporary jobs not expected to last past nine months. Current employees can recommend friends and relatives, giving them an edge. Also, apparently a fair number of applications are people with either some college or even college degrees.
