He's far from 'wee' :-) Last time I heard Carl was being dragged off from his club committments in Whitley Bay by Kenny Wharton so he could spend the evening gathering splinters for the U-19s.

Might see Carl's dad tonight, if so stand by for exclusive insider info tomorrow! ;-)

Sadly, young Carl was pipped by a reported fit Shay. He missed out on a) a nice trip out with the Lads, b) a nice fee for gathering splinters (you won't believe how much...). Instead he got a nice set of stud marks on the legs and a 1-0 defeat from those nice fellas at Leeds.
