I need a timelime line of Edgar Allan Poe's work including The Mask of Death. I alos need to know how and why he became a writer. Lastly, I need the retold version of The Mask of Death. Thank you for your help.

Out of luck I think online. At www.eapoe.org you only get the B and C manuscripts, printing the deeper pun "Masque" instead of "Mask". A "masque" refers to the festivity itself of a costumed ball where the personages and the event symbolize persons or events or qualities rather than simple disguises. Timelines and many other articles available at above website.
