I'm confused. Are people still going to post news on this board in addition to the EZ Board?

Alsom the EZ Board has many posts by "martinrichards". IS this the same person as Martin Thompson?

This Greenspun board is easier to read, scan, and use.

I guess I'm out. After going through the long, arduous task of information sacrifice to obtain entrance to E-Z BOARD, I was informed, "Sorry, but we do not currently take the WebTv browser."

what's wrong? put simply, they can't censor people as easily here as on slEZy bored. rather, they don't have the means to stop free speech HERE so they move to slEZy. they don't like people pointing out the fact that many tried to start a y2k panic to bring about fantasies of the end of civilization as we know it....or were just trying to make a fast buck.

Well....... I hafta say that I've enjoyed this board for a couple of years now. Must also mention that I was unaware of the supposed censorship that certain individuals continuously griped about. Then again, I seldom ever contributed a post, but instead just read daily, getting some interesting input on a multitude of topics, so I couldn't know about my posts being deleted. I DO find it humorous and somewhat frustrating, that someone would take time to mess w/ others' enjoyment just because the board wasn't receptive to their own ideas/ takes on whatever subject. I remember someone mentioning that the disaffected, disillusioned, or disappointed should maybe start their own board on which to further whatever slant they wished to propagate. That idea sounds like a winner to me, but somewhere deep inside, I believe that such person would spend a lot of time alone on his or her board. Sooooo it would seem that if one can't find an audience for one's own opinions, then one must crash someoe else's party in order to have ANYONE at ALL hear one rant. HaHaHa... sorta kinda like walking into a synagogue and complaining that they don't perform the catholic sacraments. Well, Martin I will go to the new board but I will affirm that I liked this one better. Oh BTW.... to the clown that saw fit to trash this board..... you've got yer work cut out for ya!!! Cuz there are thousands of BBS's that you'll have to mess w/ now........ those that don't agree w/ YOUR ILK! sooo it boils down to .... another fool with a "bit" of knowledge, imposing HIS way upon others.... see what happens when ya allow morons to have weapons? Be they real or cyber weapons! Another CHILD that didn't like the type of cookies so he broke the cookie jar and ruined it for everyone else! Go Figure!!!!
