Help? I saved my photos as Word docs

any one know how to convert from .doc to .jpeg?

Hmmmmm, can you view the photos using Word? Then you can copy the picture and paste it in a graphics program like photoshop and save it as .jpg

If you cannot view the picture in the open Word document file (and copy/paste it per Patric's suggestion), I'd say your best bet is to start over. Any time you save a graphic in a digital file, it loses some amount of definition. Graphic file formats are designed to minimize the "lossiness" as much as possible, but I'm pretty sure that MS Word won't treat your graphics kindly.

hey dumb, don't u worry, the information in a file never change with the file extension! just open the files in photoshop and save as.... if the images were already saved as jepgs, just change the extension back to jpeg

Dumb - Sounds like folks like to make things more complicated than they really are. You don't need Photoshop to do this. Just open Windows Explorer (I'm assuming your using Windows)and find the Word Documents in question. Now all you need to do is rename the file from "Picture.doc" to "Picture.jpg" Middle is correct when saying you haven't changed the data.
