I'm not getting any requests to join. The portal needs to be populated to work, therefore, the voting system needs to be revised.

I submit to you then that, under our own initiative, we should pick no more than 6 new sites a months, and link to them from the portal. Those who link back are then given the password to the forum. Anyone can nominate any new site, and we allow people to submit via hotmail e-mail, stating on the portal that we are looking for sites with pages that load, and are updated, within reason, to allow us to screen for quality.

Please either start giving me feedback on this idea, or start nominating sites, to let me know that I'm not talking to myself.
