Anyone seen him in today's papers spouting on about Dyer will now never play for England? Anyone remember him saying that Shearer didn't deserve the Newcastle No.9 or the England one after being sent off against Villa? Given his position and the money he makes out of being a "Toon Legend", you'd think he'd be a bit more circumspect.

As I have pointed out frequently he is a first class tosser.He will whore himself to any (pub)lication for finacial and personal gain.Given the position of the press box at the ssol I feel he would be at risk if he turns up next feburary.

I wouldn't hold anything that goes on on the Three Legends against him: Gatesy and Slaven are just as bad (Gatesy's reaction when Lee Clark's mam phoned in and told him to shut his face was classic) but they do seem to keep their gobs shut off the field.
