A few years ago I purchased a Leica brown leather zippered case #14538 for my M3. The case was still in its original box with M-camera hand written on the box. Does anyone know anything about this case? When it was made and for what particular M model? I have been applying a leather treatment to prevent the case from drying out and it looks almost new. The case is soft except for the front part where the lens sits. This part is reinforced to protect the lens. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks experts.
