(19:10) Fatah men killed in booby-trapped car

Two Fatah members will killed a short time ago in the Jenin area when their vehicle suddenly exploded, Palestinians said.

Ikrema Stateh and Majdi Al-Tayeb were killed when their car exploded in the Jenin refugee camp.

An eyewitness told Army Radio that an unmanned observation plane was seen overhead at the time of the explosion.

Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat's Fatah faction is promising to avenge the killings.

The PA has blamed Israel for the bombing.

Israel has not issued a statement on the incident at this time.
