Who was that man?????greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread |
In our local Sunday rag there is a bit in the "travel" section about a football weekend at Bolton - in the hotel next to the stadium (Potteries folk don't like travelling too far!). Let me share the opening two paragraphs with you:"Many fans' enduring memories of football in the eighties and nineties are run-down grounds, third-world facilities, stale pies and bad hair.
Throw in the terraces at St James Park, home of Newcastle United, and you have a couple of fat blokes dressed as nuns, inflatable zebras, a 'tribe' of Red Indians and, once, a man standing in a bin."
Own up Screacher ... you were the man in the bin weren't you?

Howay Jacko, I might talk a load of rubbish, but I wouldn't go so far as to stand in a bin. So, having said it's not me, just who was Wor-sonny Bin Lardie?

Before anybody says any more, they weren't me and Clarky (well, at least not me!)

Nah - they are already married I think! Hopefully their wives and girlfriends have never found out about their tendencies to dress in women's clothing.

Back to the top. I'm not giving up that easily on this investigation.
