Sunderland really were poor today, Phillips and Arca both missed sitters and without Jody Craddock they could have lost by a greater margin.

And Stan Varga, is he really a fan favourite on Wearside? He has looked like a liability every time I have watched him play. Some (SAFC) fans seem to think that they may be getting pulled into a relegation battle now. Although I don't agree that they're bad enough to go down, it's still quite funny that we beat the top team as Sunderland go down to the lowest placed team in the league.
