Where in Asia (Malaysia,Singapore,etc) to find cheap VCD store (near $2-$3)?

There are several places in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia where u will find VCD for about USD1.5. There is a shopping center in KL called THE MALL (any taxi driver will know it) -on the first floor there are two shops.
