After a brief trawl through .com it seems we top the Academy U17 and U19 leagues, and are 2nd in the Premiership Reserves league.U17: played 10, scored 33!!, 26 points
U19: played 10, also scored 33, 25 points
Reserves: played 6, scored 8, 13 pointsSomethings going right somewhere at nufc, or is it the Gregory fluke-a-side syndrome?

The more pressure put on the 'stars' who do most of our talking, figuratively speaking, the better, tmwot. Let's just hope when the time comes, the decision makers don't put on their ostrich heads, and wait until the best of them start banging in transfer requests.

The initial signs are good though, with Offiong and Chopra's promotion to the Reserves/squad after Ameobi last season, together with the reluctance to rely on Barton, Lee, Speed etc as constants on the teamsheet. There'll be a squeeze in the Reserves too, as McClen has already noticed perhaps.

Peter as you can see things are indeed looking up except, and this appears always the case but just moves around the positions that we lack midfiel players coming at the 18-19 year old level. Is Mclen that good to worry about? I guess the reserve goers could answer that but it doesn't sound like it.
