Man U hotseat - speculation

Not really our concern but still kinda find to speculate I think.

My money is on Martin O'Neill. I dont think they go for a really big nmae like Capello even if he has a very nice track record in big clubs. O'Neill is young but has already proven himself to be a first class manager and I think he will bring Man U ever more success, sadly enough.

Nah, my money is on Phil Thompson, doing wonders at Liverpuuul

The fact that O'Neill now holds £2million worth of shares in Celtic would suggest that he is unlikely to leave Celtic in a hurry.

Brian Robson's doing nowt at the moment.

O'Leary.

Only one with proven, successful CL and PL experience.

What are Kenny Dalgleish and Ruud Gullit doing at the moment (apart from counting their wads of folding stuff and occasionally chuckling to themselves...w****rs)? Be a nice gesture if Man U took them on...maybe ol' monkey's heed?

I think a team of Bryan Robson as manager with TSM as Director of football would work well

..and Ruud Gullit as head coach. We all know how much he likes attending the training sessions ;-)

.....just remind me again what O'Dreary has won as a Manager, min?

The same as you and me clarky!

;-)

.... yeh, that's what I thought, min.

I still reckon Ottmar Hixfeld (sp?) of Bayern Munich is a leading contender, even though he said he wouldn't be intersted some months ago.

Ya, he has really shown what he can do both domestic and in europe.

I think its Hitzfeld Clarky but not sure. Are Gray and Wadsworth still free?

I reckon Taggart will end up staying on after this season anyway, but Fabio Capello would be the most likely to succeed him as managers in Italy don't seem to show a lot of loyalty.

Steve Bruce. Well he's working his way around Div.1, so why not give him a few months at Man. U.?
