Nick I will be getting into Sydney around half 12 on Wednesday. First thing I'll be doing is looking for some where cheap to stay the night, then do some clothes shopping, then head to the Porterhouse. I thinks that's the name of the place we were all drinking in the last time I was in Sydney - the irish pub with all the Manu stuff.

I then leave early Thursday morning for Aubry and a wedding.

Oh and mobile phone. What do I need one of those for when every female I know has one and it's usually pretty easy for people to find me as I'm with one or the other.

Venue for the Fantasy Football auction will almost certainly be Moretons which is on Kent Street in the CBD. Tre, you're more than welcome to come along. I reckon we'll be done by 7ish though, I don't mind relocating afterwards if you're meeting people in the Porterhouse.

I hadn't realised that Queensland was a naturist state. Do you find that looking for a room whilst naked always works out cheaper? I should have tried that with my landlady at college: all I managed was free use of the washing machine and a tilt at her daughter, clearly an opportunity squandered :-)

Can't remember the bus number tho'. 18 dollars a night if i remember rightly - may be more now tho. Wasn't that nice and if you're out drinking with that lot Tre i wouldn't bother - i'd just kip under the in the Botanical Gardens - must be warm enough by now?

Ok Tre this is just behind Town Hall and 'mid town'CBD - it will do single rooms around $50 or you could get into the dorm thing at around $25. YHA is nearer to central and about the same. I would recommend Wanderers as I've been round it when a mate of mine was in. You can call me if you like as I'll not be in for a biggy so min's idea of the botanical Gradens would be warm but scary!!!
