NJ Governor To Deploy More Troops The public should expect to see even more National Guard Troops at the airports and Port Authority crossings. New Jersey's acting governor Donald DiFrancesco is deploying the additional troops at several locations including the Pennsylvania bridge and tunnel crossings. He says the move is not a response to new threats.
