Apparently both U17's and U19's won 2 - 0 against their Mackem counterparts (scores given on nufc.co.uk but no reports yet).

Apparently Michael Chopra scored both goals for the U-19's, and a mackem was sent off after hacking the same player down to prevent him getting his 3rd.
Continued progress by an exicting prospect.

Newcastle's under 19 side went into this game level on points with their opponents at the top of the table. They left with all three points, a double for Michael Chopra and a double sending off for their opponents.
mackem U17s 0 Newcastle U17s 2
A memorable double for the Juniors as the under 17s also won 2-0 with Lewis Guy and James Beaumont scoring for Newcastle. The home side also had Ryan Bell sent off to complete the wearsiders' misery.More details to follow.
