O.K. You have had time to cool your brains; so here it comes: What one thing is identical among all cats in the world? Bobcats, lions, house cats, tigers, ect all have this; yes we know cats have one tail, and four feet, and two lungs but these are not identical; I should mention that all cats, male and female have this. I will be really suprized if anyone can answer this.

I once read that all cats wild and domestic carry the "tabby gene". Am I right? If so, send my prize money to my home address...lol

My children all say it's a purr. I have no clue, unless it has something to do with the eyes.

I'll take a guess..

all cats need to eat meat...specifically the amino acid Taurine.

they cannot survive on a vegetarian diet.

People, you are letting your thinking wander too far from the exact question, it askes what do all cats have that is identical. The tabby genes is a honorable guess but the answer conserns something you can see.

My guess is whiskers.

Wishing you enough.

Yes whiskers is part of the answer, now what is it about whiskers that is identical among cats? That is besides that cats use their whiskers for "feeling" in the dark.

Cat's have 24 whiskers - 12 on each side, in three horizontal rows of four each. And they shed and regrow them.

Correct Cheryl; now who told you?? I'll get even with you tomorrow, just you wait.(!)

Mitch, I'm hurt! Nobody told me! I have a very large head, and it's plum full of knowledge! (yeah, right!) LOL!

Actually, I have a daughter who is obsessed with cats, so that is one area in which I do actually know a few things. (Having 10 barn cats and 2 house cats doesn't hurt either!)

You got another stumper for me? BRING IT ON!!! :-)
