Sad

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread

Softie has taken a lot of well deserved stick for being a sad old statto, Pit Bill has taken a lot of stick just for being sad, but who is the saddest contributor on this BBS?

We have to exclude the "visitors" because them just being here means that they are really sad!

A P erson who springs to mind is the one who was first passed the post to 5,000 postings, then had to keep posting to get over 100,000.

Another is locked in an attic somewhere pretending to be travelling the world.

Do not let me influence your thoughts though!

Internet message boards are considered up there with train spotting as a sad pastime for those who don't do it so I think there's probably a collective "sadness".

In my defense Gus, cos basically I'm not sad by nature, forty odd years of watching this lot completely master the art of under- achievement, has had the same effect as freezing and melting water on rock. Willpower's bound to feel the pressure. :-)

Has anyone seen my anorak? It had a notepad and 50 biros in the pocket...probably with a novelty lunchbox and carton of orange too.

Ooh, is that a R186 signal box?

Orange juice is a tad daring: all hobbies are meant to be fuelled by weak, lemon drink.

I take offence at being labelled sad.If I and other Red and whites were not here to brighten your drab existence you really would begin to believe your onw "geordie nation" hype.

Young Graham sad , of course he is , he is under extreme pressure, wakes up each day, looks out of his bedroom window and sees St James Park, he goes for a pint with his mates, (All Mag`s),to black n` white pubs, takes in all the toon patter, even his local team play in bar codes, is made welcome on a Newcastle forum, but has to pretend he is a makem cos he works Red n White territory to earn his corn , would anyone else on here be happy with that lot, *2 mags just flown into your back garden Kev!,

My permanent ban from Ready to Go means that I am an orphan in your "home".

*sniff* *sob*

Anywaysup, its amazing how much work you can get done when you're not posting on bulletin boards all day.

And for the record..... RTG is by far the worst SAFC website around nowadays and thats from a poor choice....

How in the world did you get banned from RTG?!

Sure you get more work done when not posting on a BBS all day, but what's the fun in that? ;-))
