CBCA British-trained female scientist is believed to be the head of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein's bio-terrorist team. Rihab Taha has been nicknamed "Dr. Germ" by United Nations weapons inspectors for experiments she has reportedly conducted on humans. A report in London's "Sunday Mirror" says Taha admitted in 1995 that she set up a secret germ a factory near Baghdad and had made enough anthrax and botulism to kill millions of people. U.S. military officials have identified her as the leading person "in charge of Iraq's biological weapons program."
