Seeking bio info on Daniel W. Earl, member of Pacific Union Club, he died in 1921

greenspun.com : LUSENET : San Francisco History : One Thread

I'm seeking biographical information on Daniel W. Earl. He had his own commission merchant business with an office in downtown San Francisco in various locations. I know he died on March 14, 1921 but I don't know when he was born or when he came to San Francisco. He built a grand house at 2121 Laguna Street (between Sacramento and Clay streets) in 1888 and apparently was living there when he died in 1921. I'm just seeking to learn as much about him as I can.

Dat place soooooo exclusive it doesn't even seem to have a web page! You might try writing to them directly. They might be helpful.

The other place to look is the Mormon geneology database (dang! I forgot to look up the URL). Or any other geneological database that seems more helpful and easy to use.

Good luck!

Just an incidental note. His next door neighbor at 2129 Laguna was Dr H Washington Dodd who was the City Assessor and a survivor of the Titantic.

Good luck on your Reserach.
