Faculty Position in Strategy

Applications are invited for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in the area of strategy, with strong preference for applicants whose research area is of relevance within an engineering school. Pertinent areas include strategy in technology-based companies, strategy in rapid growth firms or emerging ventures, implications of information services and the Internet for strategy and related business models, entrepreneurship, strategy in dynamic markets, and innovation and technological change. A background in strategy, organization theory, economics, and/or decision analysis at the doctoral level is preferred. The position offers the opportunity to teach and do research in a department with highly qualified faculty and students (undergraduate, master's and Ph.D.) in a major research university setting. A previous background in engineering or science is desirable.
