Old hoot think'n again. [Jesus Talk]

Heavy rain again today north of here. Lil Dumplin and the old hillbilly took our little granddaughter home and ran into this rain that was all supposed to be in Indiana today. We don't really need anymore right now. I figger we had close to 7" the last few days. Could've used some of this this summer. My soybeans only made about 21 bushels/acre. With the price down to just a little over $4.00/bu. and the crooked grain buyers it didn't make enough to pay the taxes. Good thing I wasn't counting on the "bean money" to pay those taxes!!

Wind has picked up quite a bit and the temps are dropping like a rock. REkon we'll probably wake up with frost again. Oh well---it's time for all that I guess. I'm not really lookin forward to the cold snowy weather but I'm too poor to go to Florida for the winter!! Don't suppose I would anyhow. I'd have to leave my precious little grandkids!

Lil Dumplin is fix'n to leave this old hillbilly again for another week. I get along purty well with myself---don't argue very much and always knows who will win if I do argue with myself! Does that make any sense? Well anyhow, another week ahead of us and more opportunities to tell others about the Love of Jesus Christ. If you are a Christian why not help me out by telling others what He has done for you? He gave us the Gospel so we can tell others about Him. I don't have a greedy bone in my body and want all my friends to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savour. It's almost impossible for me to understand how precious folks can survive without the Blessed Hope. The time gap remaining until Christ calls for His church--is rapidly coming to a close! He's looking for some folks that are on fire for Him. He doesn't care for the Lukewarmers that only talk to HIm when they want or need something. "I would that you were either hot or cold-but because you are LUKEWARM I will spew the out of my mouth"!

Ya'll have a nice evening and maybe He will let me post more in the days ahead. I sure hope so--I like telling others about what He's done for me and what He will do for you! Old hoot gibson. Matt.24:44

Well, we have had some rain as well, not 7" but three last week. We were spared tornados and and I know my place was spared wind damages from a front that moved through that was supposed to have winds between 70 and 75 miles per hour! I know who had a hand in slowing those winds down to 50 or so!!! I got the outside bunnies moved into the barn just as the winds started whipping, and they were serious winds.

I sure hope you get to post some more, Hoot. How's that baloney holding up?

They kept promising us some of the rain, we need it desparately. Only ended up with maybe half an inch though. That was out of two days when they said it would rain all day! Bummer for us and y'all got too much it sounds like. Hoot, keep on keeping on and we'll join you as we can!
