I try to encode movie files(.MOV) but I don't understand words "package" If I setting Video bit rate = 1024 kbps. what bit rate I set in audio & "package" I burn VCD and play with File (detail 1024 kbps./128K. 44.1khz. audio/1024 kbps."package") but is not working I want to know how to set many important parameter for make VCD. Video-CD NTSC (MPEG-1 352x240 29.97fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)

everything (above) following "1150kbps" refers to your audio settings

* = for ALOT more details check http://www.vcdhelp.com/xvcd.htm as XSVCD also uses VBR, but most people use CBR (constant bit rate (video)), I just used the most common settings i've heard, the bitrate is also variable in XVCD and XSVCD, I only wrote the MAXIMUM tested Bitrate to show the diffrence in formats.

NOTE: The resolutions i've mentioned are NTSC standard, not PAL!
