I have bougt a new F100 and 80-200/2,8 AFS. I have noticed that there is a little movement, about 1 mm in the aperture-rings direction, between the lens and the camerabody. Is this ok?

Yes. I have and same lens / body and mine has the same slop. Other Nikon bodies / lenses have slop built into them. No effect on image quality.
