Florida Secy of State Katherine Harris has announced she will run for Congress. I have mixed feelings about this. On the negative side, I don't think she's the sharpest knife in the drawer. On the positive side, her winning would be a laugh riot, the way it would piss off a lot of people, including my mother and brother.
