At the last meeting in Tyrol, the idea was raised that the Society would benefit if it had more direct input from the younger members of the Society. The Board of Directors would therefore like to initiate a discussion about the advantages of recruiting two additional members to the Board whose experience and/or age would place them at roughly the Assistant Professor level or equivalent.
