After installing Windows 98 SE os, I have installed MovieStar Version 4.22, which had come along Dazzle Digital Video Creator II. I am facing the problem.

The Dazzle does not get recognized, it shows an error message when I click video mode, (A Device attached to system is not functioning) then I have to re-boot the whole system and then it works. The procedure I have to do each time I start the system, i.e. I have to shutdown and again restart.

I am using HP Brio PC Pentium III – 1 GHz with 256 MB SDRAM and other standard configuration.

I don't have DVC II, but I have read that it requires its own interrupt. You may have problems if you are having to share an interrupt between DVC II and another device. You should do a web search for a Dazzle forum and ask for help there. I have been told that Dazzle's tech support is terrible, but the forums are very helpful. Maybe someone on a Dazzle forum can help you.
