Hi,

I'm a new user of Canon EOS-300 camera. I have a problem when I want to do night photographs. I can not see my LCD because there is no backlit provided.

Is that only happened in my camera or all EOS-300 don't provide the backlit ?

No backlit display on the 3000, 300 or 30 (Rebel 2000 and Elan 7 in the USA). I have resorted to a very small LED flashlight attached to the camera strap.

Yup,it has no backlight for LCD panel,but don't worry,all the necessary information are provided inside in the viewfinder which lights up whenever you depress the shutter release button halfway.
