Can you 'can' soy milk?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

Just out of curiosity, but I wanted make my own soy milk, yet, didn't want to make so much that it wasn't used before it went bad. I am sure, since it is done comercially, that there is a way to preserve it, but how does the layperson do it at home???

See http://www.soyonlineservice.co.nz/soytox.htm

Read that and the other articles on this site and see if you are still interested in canning soy milk.

Or try www.WestonAPrice.org and read The Truth About Soy
