Hello, I have a EOS Rebel G which worked very well till yesterday. Given the camera to my friend...dont understand what button was pressed...the auto assist beam is ON all the time ( even if I lock the camera). To switch it Off, I had to take out the batteries. My dear camera can still take pictures but it is irritating and waste of my battery to see the beam all the time. Please help!
