Some of you may be wondering, "What are Metaphysics?". Well, to be honest, I have heard so many different defenitions that I could not give one to agree with them all. I'll start by describing it- Metaphysics covers things usually considered "Supernatural" or "Magical". Spiritual is included as well. In this thread, I will describe aspects of energy in relation to Metaphysics. "What is energy?", you may ask, or which type am I referring to. I will start from the beginning. Everything that exists is energy. I am, you am, your keyboard is, your thoughts are, the food in your stomach is...everything. What I will refer to in this thread is

Psi- Psi is, simply put, the abilities and energy of the mind. Psi is influenced by one's own concentration and willpower. In case you have no idea what I am talking about, I will refer to this- Psi branches off into categories called "Kinesi". Some different forms of Kinesi are
Pyrokinesis- The ability to control aspects of Fire
Hydrokinesis- The ability to control aspects of Water
Geokinesis- The ability to control aspects of Earth
Aerokinesis- The ability to control aspects of Air
Electrokinesis- The ability to control aspects of Electricity
Biokinesis- The ability to control aspects of one's own body
Psychokinesis- The ability to control aspects of energy

Now, for the confusing part- all of the above forms are the same. They are all merely different focuses of the same energy being used. For example, if you use an image of a lightening bolt as a focus for Electrokinesis, you are still using Psi energy, just in a different fashion, in a different focus, than if you were attempting Pyrokinesis. Psychokinesis is perhaps the most valuable of the above- it may be thought of as realization of all forms of Psi being the same.
