Check out www.eapoe.org which lists all writings and anthologies Poe published in his lifetime. His only novel was "The Narrrative of A. Gordon Pym of Nantucket" and a book length "prose poem" mystical cosmological treatise entitled "Eureka." He collected his magazine stories under various anthologies. Those published after his death started to regroup the stories depending on the editor. Most of his writings appeared in literary magazines and journals, including essays, marginalia, literary criticism, all manner of stories and poetry.
