What nobody lives in Tennessee?

Hey i live in Tennessee but have never been to Erin. It is located about 50 miles west of nashville and appears to be somewhat hometownish. Sorry i can't give more info it would not be the ideal place to homestead though i wouldn't think due to ist close proximity to nashville.
