geesh lars, your just facing facts. it,s just a matter of time.

Oh...and true to form, along we go, taking our freedoms to the extreme. Freedom of speech so we tell the remaining terrorist what they should do now that they it doesn't look like we will allow them to get away with hyjacking any more big aircraft. Why don't we just get the media to hold a contest so everyone can send in all of the ideas for terrorism they can think up and have them all posted in the paper, internet and on TV for the terrorists to pick and choose from!

With freedom comes responsibility~unless you are out to get the highest ratings which transforms into more advertizing dollars. After all they have they stockholders to think about now don't they? You can't harm a businesses right to a profit just because it may be dangerous, now can you?

All do respect Cherri but I'm sure the Washington Post is not giving terrorists any ideas that they are incapable of generating themselves. If anyone has an informed opinion on bio or chemical terror, I'd be interested.

Z?

If anyone had posted the notion that a few guys with box knives could wreck major American infrastructure and kill unknown thousands of people, we would have laughed at it before last week.

Cherri,

There were newspaper editors & publishers in my family for over a century. I've stated before that I was raised to look from this vantage point "Honey, it's all publicity. You've got to figure out who wants that information there, and why". {In the days before Woodward & Bernstein, eh?}. We are being conditioned. There is nothing in that article that isn't, or shouldn't be, common knowledge.

Lars,

You just trying to cheer me up, or what?

the other side of the coin is=we're thinking about, the seriousness and NEED for more security. sure hope we get more=civil-defense minded.

Lars:

I am sure that you remember that I had to prepare contingency response plans for accidental or deliberate release of biological agents. Technically, the person who wrote the article isn’t well informed. Still, David L. gets upset if I tell you I know something about a subject but won’t provide information. Therefore, I know Nothing

Best Wishes,,,,,

Yknow...

It seems like everyone around here is coming down with something, a flu perhaps? My boss is one of them, I joked with him that it's probably anthrax or something, and we both nervously laughed. LOL (more nervous laughter)
