Spittin' bliddy feathers...........

FFS. Just read Ronnie's report. It's *&%Ģing littered with comments about United. The only surprising, nay, infuriating thing is that they all refer to Newton Heath. Spit. F***in' local journos? I hate you all.

Chill out chaps. We know different.

That game for me was just about on a par with Howay 5-0.

I feel like a bit of chewed string, but I wouldn't swap it for the world.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

But there is only one united. And don't we all know it.

Too right there is only one United.

Sky were in on the act too. I said on the Metro coming home that the headline on Sky text would be "United crushed 4-3" or something similar, and true to form, it was "United beaten in thriller"

Don't journalists realise that if two Uniteds are playing, it can get confusing refering to a team as United without the prefix?

Manure is, has and always will be the best way to refer to "United"

BBC got it right. "Magpies Stun Man Utd" complete with photo of a beaming Shearer post-goal. :-)

Interesting that the Guardian online (footballunlimited) have changed their review to one from a guy who was actually there, and now say it was all Toon.

The Times did it as well.

Can't remember the exact quote but it was roughly, "Bellamy caused all sorts of problems for United"

To an outsider, this could be interpreted in the same way as "Blanc caused all sorts of problems for Man Utd"
